Homicide In Ishpeming
By: Matt Spencer and Tony Dishaw
On January 5 at 6:51 p.m. a 911 call came into the Ishpeming Police Department reporting an unconscious and unresponsive male lying on the floor. Police responded to the call, and found a 51 year old Wayne Perry lying on the floor, without a pulse and not breathing. An ambulance took him to Bell where he was said to be dead.
A drunken Leslie Burton Bushong went upstairs in Perry's house, took him out of bed, and threw him down the stairs. This action knocked Perry unconcious. As he lay there on the floor, Bushong started kicking Perry in the cranium for at least two hours, and then left. This was told by a witness who called 911 when she found Perry not breathing.
Bushong has confessed to what he has done and claims that he did it because Perry beat him up earlier in the day. Whatever the case, Perry is dead. Bushong could be facing life in prison (second degree murder). Bushong also has other convictions such as three seperate public sex offending cases, and two accounts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree. He has spent one year in jail already and was already on three years of probation.

THIS IS HIM!!.... :0
